Shipping & Returns

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping service. You will be able to view and select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Import Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other levies imposed by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are collected separately by the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We take care in preparing your order for shipment, marking packages fragile so that they do not get crushed. Once that task of packaging is complete, we photograph the parcel, which gives us a visual record of the shipment. This proves useful if your package is damaged in transit, and helps us support your claim with the delivery provider for mishandling the goods.

Our Returns Policy is straightforward:

You must report your concern within 48hrs of receiving your goods.
You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning unwanted items, unless WE have made an error, in which case it is our responsibility to cover the costs to fix it.
We like to use common sense to resolve customer service issues. We find there is usually a solution to every problem.
We take responsibility for any shipping errors and will take care of the shipping costs to resolve the issue.
